Performance Through Time
(May 2018)
Performance Through Time was Infinite Nothings' first showcase - and debut - held at Performance Lab, Sheffield.
​
The hour-long, "workshop"-style showcase displayed 8 staged responses to scenes from plays spanning theatrical history - from Elizabethan tragedy, to contemporary comedy and physical theatre. The cast was made up of 12 actors; 10 final year Performance for Stage and Screen students from Sheffield Hallam University, and 2 Hallam graduates with their own company, RENEW.
The entire evening was a collaboration, with some students leading with acting, others taking on a more directorial role (many for the first time!), and others involving themselves with the backstage side of things. We could not be more proud of our wonderful colleagues who took part and we are so thankful that they gave up their time to work with us on our very first showcase!
